Intorduction::To produce quality malt and malt extract we must start right i.e. procure quality raw materials. All grains procured by us go through stringent quality checks that ensure the best available material is used to make our products. Throughout the process QC (quality control) and QA (quality assurance) teams work in tandem with production ensuring all hygiene and product quality parameters.
Quality is the result of high intention, sincere effort, intelligent direction and skillful execution; it represents the wise choice of many alternatives. Quality assurance is the very basis of any good manufactured product.
To enable quality assurance at all times, it is required that the organization has a well-equipped laboratory for testing malt and malt extract. The laboratory ensures quality by testing before, during and after processing and regularly validates our cleaning in place (CIP) systems. Plant automation and laboratory equipment is calibrated regularly to ensure accuracy of measurements. The R&D department constantly guides the company in enhancing the plant operations and keeping abreast with the rapidly increasing quality standards in the industry.
Commitment to the environment –The company has always taken an active part in protecting and preserving our environment. We believe that by treating waste products effectively and efficiently, we operate an environmentally-friendly plant. To implement this ideology we have installed the electrostatic precipitator on chimneys, to minimize the release of any particulate matter into the atmosphere. Further we treat all waste water before releasing it into the sewage system.
In the industry there exist several quality standards, these try ensure the quality of manufactured product. Such types of standards mention the quality guidelines to manufacture a good product. In manufacturing and construction activities, these business practices can be equated to the models for quality assurance defined by the International Standards contained in the ISO 9000 series and the specified Specifications for quality systems. Our organization is certified for both ISO 9000: 2001 and HACCP, helping it adapt to the best practices world over in quality assurance.
